Do I need every service in the package?

No. The package is modular. We recommend the services that fit your current needs, then leave room to add more as your business grows.

What is the difference between Microsoft Exchange, Business Standard and Business Premium?

Exchange is primarily professional email and calendars. Business Standard adds Microsoft Teams, OneDrive and the desktop Office applications. Business Premium adds more advanced cyber security, identity controls and device management. We will guide you as to which Microsoft product best suits your needs.

Can you set up laptops and mobile phones as well?

Yes. Device configuration can be included in your onboarding proposal, including Microsoft sign-in, email, security, encryption and access to company files.

Are Microsoft licences included in the £23 support price?

No. The £23 rate covers managed support and endpoint protection. Microsoft licences, optional protection services, domains, hardware and project work are itemised separately.
