About Us

Based in Newcastle upon Tyne, Compusolve IT Solutions Ltd was formed in 2013 by Brother-In-Laws, Andrew Burnett and Darren Bailey.

Andrew has been involved in the IT Industry providing Software Development Services and IT Support to his clients for over 30 years to a host of industries from manufacturing to nursing and health care.

Some of our current clients have worked with Andrew for over 20 years.

Having previously worked in the hospitality, travel and insurance sectors, Darren has over 15 years experience providing IT Support, Software and Web Development and bespoke IT Training.

We work with small to medium sized business from 1 – 250 employees in a variety of sectors in manufacturing, health and not for profit organisations.

Rather than a supplier – customer relationship, we build a partnership with our customers, offering a personal service.

Our unique service offers both the option of IT Support and Managed IT Services, along with Bespoke Software Development, offering the complete IT solution.

Meet our Team

Andrew Burnett

Director

Co-founder and Director predominantly looking after the infrastructure, data analysis and software development aspects of the business. Andrew is a fan of Formula 1 and enjoys skiing when he can.

Darren Bailey

Director

Co-founder and Director, Darren overseas our Sales, Marketing and Customer Support. Darren is also actively involved in Scouts in his “spare” time and a fan of Formula 1.

Adrian Chamberlain

Analyst Programmer

Adrian started life at Compusolve as an Apprentice Software Developer in 2014 and went on to complete his Level 4 Apprenticeship and is now a dedicated Analyst Programmer. Outside of work Adrian is involved with Scouts and enjoys climbing and rugby.

Sophie Wilson

IT Support Analyst

Sophie joined Compusolve in 2021 providing friendly and efficient customer support to our customers. Sophie enjoys drawing and reading a good book to help wind down.
